The starting point
The problem was not the food or the service. They were already doing good work. The problem was that the people around them did not know it.
Their social media was not consistently putting their work in front of new customers. Their best work was not being turned into content. And when someone did find them online, there was not enough there to make the name stick.
What we changed
We changed the way they showed up. We filmed what people wanted to see, on location, and cut it into three short-form videos. The same team that filmed them edited them, and all three went out in a single week in front of a local audience.
What happened
One post found the audience, the next one broke out, and the third kept people watching.
Across the week people watched for 2,144 hours, saved the videos 9,148 times and shared them 6,077 times. A save is what someone does when they plan to visit. A share is word of mouth.
What it was worth
The client told us the work brought in about three to four times what they spent with us. They asked us to keep the exact figures private.
Why it worked
The goal was never a big number on a screen. It was to be remembered. The customer who sees you today might not need you today. When they do, you want to be the name they already recognize.
