Getting started
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Restaurants, contractors, event spaces, realtors, salons, gyms, retail shops and service businesses. If you have customers in the Houston area, we can build a content plan for you.
How do we get started?
Book a free 30 minute meeting. We learn about your business, your customers and what you want more of, then plan what to film and where to post it.
Where are you based?
Houston, TX. Most of our filming happens at your location.
Do I have to be on camera?
No. We can film your work, your space and your product. If you want to be on camera, we will help you feel comfortable.
Who films and edits the content?
It is all done in-house. The same team that films your content edits it.
Services
Do I have to book everything?
No. Every service works by itself. You can start with video only and add more later.
How many videos should I start with?
It depends on how often you want to post. The estimator shows about how many posts a week each number of videos gives you, and the price per video drops as you book more.
What do I get from a photo shoot?
Edited photos ready for your menu, website, Google profile and ads. You choose a mini, standard or full shoot depending on how much you need.
Which platforms do you post on?
Social media management covers TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Videos are formatted for Reels, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
Which ads do you run?
Facebook and Instagram, TikTok and Google. You can run one platform or several.
Can you get rid of bad reviews?
We cannot delete real reviews. We respond professionally and help you earn enough new reviews from happy customers to lift your overall rating.
Pricing and payment
How does pricing work?
It depends on how many videos you want and which services you add. The estimator shows your monthly price as you build your plan.
Is there a discount for bundling?
Yes. Booking two services saves 5% on your monthly plan, and three or more saves 10%. Plans with 8 or more videos plus social media management also get a free mini photo shoot every month.
How do payments work?
You can pay once a month, twice a month or four times a month. The estimator shows each payment amount.
Is my ad budget included in the price?
No. Your ad budget is paid to the platform. The management fee is separate and shown in the estimator.
What do the target numbers in the estimator mean?
They show our goal for the return on what you spend. They are a goal, not a guarantee, and results vary by business.
